Raw, powerful, and a little bit dirty, Brooklyn rock duo She Keeps Bees make the kind of deceptively simple music that resonates straight to your bones. Jessica’s slow-burning scold of a voice and visceral guitar hooks blend perfectly with the primal wallop of Andy’s drumming. With influences as varied and bad-ass as Jimi, Millie, Chaka, and Patti - this band knows how to bring it.
Their second full-length, Nests, was hailed by eMusic as “absolutely astonishing… every song is great.” Other Music NYC described Nests as “packed with straightfor
ward, rocking electric guitar…a shoo-in for one of the new music highlights of the year.”

This Frontier Needs Heroes is an American Folk duo of brother-sister Brad and Jessica Lauretti currently living in Brooklyn, NY.

“Their music ranges from simply arranged, heartbreaking ballads to raucous foot-tappers, complete with rambling electric guitar solos and handclaps... both call to mind vast and often desolate American landscapes." NPR

Wheeler may be a trained jazz bassist, and Cooper a photographer, but it was their similar taste in music, art, and film that created a tangible synergy between the two that electrifies Naked Hearts fuzzy pop. Edging on grunged out ‘90s alt-rock and hypnotic girl/boy vocals, the Brooklyn-based duo have filled their debut album Mass Hysteria with a perfectly delicate balance of stripped-down raw energy and moody lush vocals.

"Live and in person, The Naked Hearts are explosive, charming, and something exciting. With Amy Cooper on hollow-body electric guitar and Noah Wheeler on drums, the impeccably turned-out pair ooze a fuzzy rock sincerity" - Pop Matters
